A charming renovated Victorian cottage in the centre of Lincoln, set in a quiet location close to the wide open space of West Common with horse riding and a Golf course nearby. The cottage is only a 20 minute walk, or short bus ride, to either the town centre or to the historic and beautiful uphill area of Lincoln - where you can visit the Cathedral and Castle or do some shopping in the Bailgate with its cobbled streets, tea-rooms, cafes and gift shops.

The cottage also benefits from a small patio area at the front and a large enclosed patio at the rear plus a barbeque with a table and chairs for outdoor eating.

There is parking at the rear of the cottage for one car, plus off-road parking in a well-lit area within 25 yards of the cottage.
